Erika and Zack have been staying in Columbus for the summer, and Erika loves caring for butterflies. So on a Saturday afternoon in mid-August, Zack took her on a trip to a park in Dublin to release them. There he had a beautiful tree decorated for the occasion, and he led her to it. As butterflies were released, Erika turned her back, and Zack dropped to one knee! She said YES!
A surprise engagement party followed at his parents’ home in Powell, where both families were waiting to celebrate. Congratulations!!
