5 years + 1 day since this epic elopement! On that 5 years + 1 day since this epic elopement! On that first Friday morning of May, I met up with Ashley + Zandra at Ash Cave in Hocking Hills. We drove through rain to get here, and as soon as we arrived, the rain cleared. It was 9am, and presumably due to the weather, no one was here. I did not have to edit a single person out of these photos! We had the entire place to ourselves as these two exchanged vows beneath the waterfalls, just the three of us there. A truly magical adventure elopement, and we didn’t have to leave Ohio! Since then, I’ve photographed their various milestones, including their reception, and when they became mamas! On Friday evening, Sophia took Cailee for a date n On Friday evening, Sophia took Cailee for a date night, and they started with a visit to the Community Gardens at Franklin Park. They made their way to this spot between the tall hedges, where Sophia stopped, presented Cailee with a ring, and popped the question! In between her shocked reaction and a few tears, she said YES! 💍 #engayged Here’s your reminder you can make your proposal exactly as you want it - you don’t have to get down on one knee or do any specific thing just for the sake of tradition!
Yesterday Talon took the day off work and surprise Yesterday Talon took the day off work and surprised Alexandra with a day date, beginning with a visit to @fpconservatory. It was the first visit for both of them! There in the Himalayan Mountain Biome, against the colorful Chihuly glass display, he dropped to one knee and popped the question! She said YES! 💍
Molly + Carla rang in the New Year celebrating the Molly + Carla rang in the New Year celebrating their marriage at @thekitchencolumbus! They had already eloped earlier in the year, so this evening was all about celebrating! So after getting ready together, a quick tarot reading, a handful of snowy night portraits, dinner and toasts, they wasted no time hitting the dance floor with their people. The dancing was abundant and spirited all the way to midnight, so here I get to share way more dancing photos than usual - and I love it! It’s official, Abbey + Paul are engaged! It’s been It’s official, Abbey + Paul are engaged! It’s been a long time coming, but she was still thrown off by it being a weeknight and it happening despite the rain! He took her on a date night yesterday evening and after dinner they went for a walk across the bridge, where I was waiting for them with umbrellas. Luckily the weather scared the crowds away and we had the bridge all to ourselves! Paul asked, and Abbey said YES! 💍
Audrey + Laura had the perfect spring engagement s Audrey + Laura had the perfect spring engagement session earlier this month, in two parts: first, at the spot where it all began, Slammers! Yes, these two met at a lesbian bar. More murals and city shots, then onto part two: an outfit change and spring blooms at Goodale Park! Cassie + Jenna have loved each other from a distan Cassie + Jenna have loved each other from a distance, from different countries! Cassie came in for a visit from Canada, and this weekend they escaped to Hocking Hills for a getaway together, to celebrate milestones reached and a future where they’ll be in the same city… and Cassie took this opportunity to pop the question to Jenna just outside their adorable retro cabin yesterday afternoon. Cassie asked, and Jenna said yes! 💍 #engayged
