It was the last day of September, a cool and sunny Friday morning. Sarah + Mark were visiting from out of town and we took advantage of their visit to shoot their engagement session! After having to reschedule earlier in the month due to weather, we were excited for this to happen. I photographed Sarah’s brother Chris’ wedding several years back, and I’ve seen Sarah for family portraits and other weddings since, so it was more like catching up with an old friend than getting to know a new client! We started at Schiller Park, using the morning light and looking for some fall color beginning to change, and we continued into the German Village neighborhood for fun walls and brick-paved streets. Excited to see them again next September, for their wedding in Cincinnati!
