At our initial meeting to discuss their wedding, Kelley Jo told me Goodale Park was a spot super special to her and Suresh, so I always knew that’s where we’d go for their engagement! At their summer session on a Wednesday evening in mid-June, we looked at every weather app and determined we’d get our shots in just before the rain came at a projected 8pm. Well, the universe had other plans, and the skies dumped on us just a few minutes in! But this didn’t phase them one bit, and instead we continued the session down the street at Pins Mechanical! We did some pictures indoors with some drinks, and waited for the rain to clear before heading out for some additional shots nearby. Afterwards Kelley Jo and Suresh treated me to a food truck dinner and we had a blast hanging out and getting to know each other better! I left feeling like I had just made two great friends. A week later we got back together on a Friday morning at Goodale Park for some proper portraits with their pups, since we got rained out the first time around. I cannot WAIT for their January 2020 wedding!
