And as their story continues… about one month after their downtown Columbus reception, Ashley + Zandra welcomed baby girl Ezra! So on a Wednesday morning in late August, they invited me over to their Clintonville home to take Ezra’s newborn portraits and their first portraits together as a family. They have a beautiful home, full of natural light, and Ezra’s nursery was a colorful sunshine theme. Ezra did not take well to being put down for solo portraits, she was happiest in the arms of her mamas. We tried every trick we knew until we eventually just leaned into mostly snuggly family portraits. No one complained about that!
