Just another date night on a Friday night, or so she thought! Before heading in for dinner at The Keep, Rick dropped to one knee outside Hotel Leveque, pulled out a ring and popped the question. And Candace said YES! We celebrated with portraits around The Scioto Mile and then they really did go to dinner!
