It’s been over 6 years since I photographed Danielle + Troy’s engagement session in the Short North (and later their wedding). So you can imagine how excited I was to hear from them that not only were they expecting, but they wanted to return to the Short North neighborhood for maternity portraits! We met up on President’s Day, on a quiet Monday morning in mid-February, while they were passing through town. We started at Goodale Park, chasing the morning light as we made our way to the nearby city streets. It was fun recognizing some familiar spots from the last time we shot there together, but also discover how much changed. I love that Danielle and Troy invited me to continue capturing their milestones, and I am looking forward heading up to Cleveland to meet their baby next month!
