Celebrating another amazing year! 2019 full of wonderful people and meaningful moments: 30 weddings and elopements, plus many engagements, surprise proposals, newborns, families, commercial shoots in more. I won awards with The Knot and Wedding Wire, was a Columbus Best of Weddings Nominee (please vote!), and was featured in various publications and blogs including the Columbus Dispatch, Peer Space, and Catalyst Wed Co.
I also had the opportunity to travel outside Ohio! I started off the year traveling to Florida for Kayla + Sara’s engagement (and also shot two other sessions while I was there), during the summer I traveled to the Catskill Mountains of New York for Feminist Photo Vaycay, and in the fall traveled to Asheville, North Carolina for Kristy + Sarah’s wedding. These opportunities were truly highlights of the year!
I had a record number of families in front of my camera this year as well, most of them in my popular fall season, and hosted 3 rounds of seasonal micro sessions (winter, spring & fall) at my property! I also photographed newborn twins for the first time.
Looking ahead to 2020, I’m so excited for where I am and where I’m heading. Next year will be my 10th year photographing weddings! I am so grateful for the unending support from my clients and also my friends and family. Word of mouth continues to be the main fuel for my business, and I would be nowhere without it.
