Originally Ben had a proposal planned for a Saturday in late December, but he got the ring a bit earlier than planned and couldn’t wait any longer. So on a Thursday afternoon in mid-December, Ben took Tianyi to the spot whey they said goodbye on their first date, almost a year to the day – the fountains at Scioto Mile. He dropped to one knee, presented a ring- and she said yes! After capturing the moment, we walked around the Scioto Mile for a few additional pictures against the skyline, under a bridge and against the holiday lights. Afterwards I joined them for a celebratory drink at nearby Milestone 229, where they had dinner reservations. I couldn’t resist taking them outside for one last shot against an epic sunset.
These two are getting eloped next week and I can’t wait!!
