Emily + Allan’s wedding had all the elements of a traditional wedding, mixed in with some Indian cultural elements! I had been looking forward to their wedding for a long time!
My assistant Kyle and I started our days separately – I started with Emily and her bridesmaids getting ready at the Hyatt downtown, while Kyle started with Allan and his family at their home in Dublin. We came together at St Brigid of Kildare Catholic Church in Dublin, where we shot a few separate wedding party portraits before the ceremony began.
After their ceremony, we shot several portraits outside the church, and then headed to their reception venue, Walter Commons at St Charles Preparatory School in Bexley, for additional portraits. After their grand entrance and first dance, Emily and Allan changed into traditional Indian attire the celebrate the rest of the evening! It was an especially hot day, but they didn’t turn down my offer for a few additional portraits outside in their new outfit.
As the sun set, guests rocked the night away. Thank you to Emily and Allan for inviting me to capture their most amazing day!
