Erica + Andy: Columbus Ohio Spring Wedding at Brookside Country Club

Erica + Andy’s Memorial Day weekend wedding at Brookside Country Club was just perfect: the setting was picturesque, the plans were simple and stress-free, and the weather couldn’t have been better.

Erica and Andy’s wedding day festivities took place entirely at Brookside, which made the entire day go by incredibly stress-free. The two of them were super laid-back too, which made the day super easy. They opted for a first look so we could get all the couples and wedding party portraits out of the way ahead of time, and not feel rushed throughout our time together. That also meant we had a little time to jump on a golf cart and get portraits by the pond and the weeping willow tree! Love their flowers by Madison House Design!

After their ceremony in front of an awesomely large tree, Erica and Andy partied the night away with their guests, both on the dance floor, and with cigars on the patio enjoying the amazing weather. And even though we had shot tons of portraits earlier in the day, they took me up on my offer to take advantage of the gorgeous evening light for just a couple more.

Thank you, Erica and Andy, for trusting me to capture your wedding day memories!

Amy Ann Photography

I aim to capture moments and expressions that tell the story of a day, and are authentic to the people involved. If you can look at a collection of images I’ve taken of a total stranger and get a feeling for who they are and what they felt, then I’ve done my job!
