Christine + Simon! Their May wedding was a celebration of love, Columbus and 90s throwback jams at North Bank Park. And despite the forecast, it didn’t rain!
It was Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, and we began our day with each side getting ready at the Westin hotel in downtown Columbus. Once each side was dressed and shared a celebratory drink (Simon’s side) or had a grand reveal (Christine’s side), we headed down the street to their venue, North Bank Park Pavilion, and separately – these two opted not to see each other until the ceremony!
After separate portraits of each side with their attendants, it was time to get married! Against the iconic skyline of downtown Columbus, and surrounded by many family and friends, Christine and Simon exchange vows, broke the glass and became husband and wife.
The rest of the night was a non-stop party! Dancing, celebrating, and taking in the city. The Savanah Bananas baseball team happened to be in town, heard there was a wedding down the street, walked down to us and surprised everyone with a performance! We also got lucky with epic golden hour, sunset *and* night shots!
These two give so much, it was so nice to see their people shower them with love and support yesterday. Their big day was a blast from beginning to end!!
