Holly + Aaron had the most beautiful & fun downtown Columbus wedding! From their rooftop first look, to their North Bank Park celebration, every moment celebrated them and their city. We dodged rain all day, but these two didn’t let it get to them! Underneath umbrellas, we were still on top of the world. And we caught some golden hour light at the end of the night, plus some epic twilight shots against the city skyline!
I began my day with Aaron at his Airbnb, and then with Holly at the Canopy hotel in downtown Columbus. My first time at this hotel! We staged their first look there on the rooftop. It was raining but it made it happen! We stepped inside for wedding party portraits (thanks to the folks at Goodale Station for accommodating us!) before heading to the venue!
I’ve been at North Bank Park plenty of times, but this was my first time since their renovations were complete! As it continued to sprinkle, Holly and Aaron’s ceremony took place under the pavilion’s permanent overhang. Their 10-month-old son Caden joined them at the ceremony too!
Afterwards, we celebrated, with a first dance, dinner, toasts, and cake cutting. And both golden hour and epic twilight photos! These two were always up for an idea, or for a last minute opportunity to grab some light while we had it. And they absolutely know how to party! Congrats to the newlyweds and this new little family!
