It was the first day of May, and Carly + Avi officially kicked off wedding season! They married in a huge, energy-filled celebration at the Westin Hotel in downtown Columbus. Full of sun, smiles and non-stop fun!
We began our day at the hotel, as each side got ready, exchanged cards and gifts, and headed to the Scioto Mile for their First Look. On the bridge, Carly and Avi saw each other for the first time against the Columbus skyline. Wedding party joined us for portraits there and all jumped on the Bexley Beat and headed to the Ohio State campus for more! After a week monitoring the rainy forecast closely, we were rewarded with a clear and sunny day. Couldn’t be better!
Upon returning to the hotel, we jumped right into family photos, a ketubah signing, and finally, the wedding ceremony. Under the chuppah, Carly and Avi both broke the glass and were married!
The celebration continued into the night with dinner, toasts, formal dances, a hora, and of course, a few golden hour photos! Conspiracy Band kept the dance floor full throughout. What an amazing celebration! Mazel Tov to Carly and Avi!
