They had been planning their wedding for nearly two years, and May 10, 2020 was the date. But when covid-19 emerged only 2 months before their wedding, Lia + Jeffrey had to make a change. They ultimately moved their reception to February 2021, but they wanted to keep the original date special, plus they were planning to move out of state shortly after. So, they went ahead and eloped on May 10 at their venue, Jorgensen Farms Oak Grove, with a total of 10 people present (including myself!). It was truly an honor to be one of 10! The greenhouse structure is one of my favorite locations for any ceremony, but it was especially sweet for a micro wedding. Afterwards, the group shared a champagne toast, and we ventured outside for some “just married” portraits, a few with an umbrella as it briefly sprinkled.
Excited to follow Lia + Jeffrey on their next adventure, and also to see them back in Ohio in February to celebrate!
