Tala + Raffi tied the knot outside the country, but returned to Tala’s hometown for a local celebration with their Ohio family and friends. I joined them on a Sunday evening in late December for a couple of hours to document their Persian ceremony and a bit of their dinner party reception at Copious Restaurant in downtown Columbus. It was a lovely party, with important people in their life sharing memories and wishes. Though they were already married, it certainly felt like the final piece of the puzzle was in place. It was a pleasure documenting this event for the couple and their family!
