This Lakes Golf and Country Club wedding was a perfect and sweet fall day in Westerville! Emily + JR had a simple and enjoyable mid-October wedding day planned, with everything taking place at the venue, and had perfect fall weather and great light to compliment. We staged their first look on one of the venue’s many balconies – providing a bright and airy backdrop for their first portraits. Their wedding party soon joined for additional portraits, and then we took the golf cart out for more portraits of just the two of them. They trusted me to drive them around and I had fun doing it! The Lakes has some beautiful grounds, including a weeping willow tree!
Their ceremony took place at the venue’s gorgeous garden tent, and afterwards we took advantage of the gorgeous evening light for additional portraits. I especially loved the small Korean cultural touches throughout. Their toasts were hilarious, and the dance floor at their reception was rocking all night! Congratulations Emily and JR!
