It was a snowy morning on the first Saturday in April when I staked out a spot outside Mallory’s parent’s home in Granville where Joe was planning to propose! I know that the snow was not part of anyone’s vision for April, but it actually made for a gorgeous backdrop! As Mallory and Joe pulled up in their car for a planned breakfast, the street was lined with signs to give clues of what was to come, and including her pup Grace (as she always said they were a package deal!). Still, Mallory had no idea at all and was completely surprised when Joe dropped to one knee!
Afterwards, family members (who were totally in on it) joined them, including some that traveled a great distance to be there. And we took a quick trip down the street to downtown Granville for some cute “just engaged” portraits! Congratulations to Mallory and Joe!!
