I had so much fun shooting my first fall engagement of the season with Sarah + Alec! Coming to me from a prior wedding client, they initially ust booked me for this engagement session, and we met in-person for the first time that Thursday evening in late September. Hayden Run Falls is one of my favorite locations but I hadn’t shot there in years! It is such a natural, rustic setting, that has a Hocking Hills feel to it – but right in Dublin! Sarah + Alec weren’t afraid to do a little hiking to get to some of the cool spots, like the waterfall itself! And we also got to take advantage of some great golden hour light. For the last shot of the evening, I asked them to practice their first dance, and it was just so sweet. Later that evening, they asked me to shoot their wedding! So excited to work with them again when they get married next fall!
