Linsey and Nicky live in California, so when I found out they would be in Columbus for part of the week prior to their wedding, I suggested we get together for an engagement session! Luckily, they thought it was a great idea, too. They suggested visiting the campus of Ohio State, and we had a beautiful evening for it.
Nicky and Linsey are both from Ohio, but they didn’t actually meet here! They met while both living on the east coast. They’ve been able to trace back and determine that their lives intersected several times before they finally met. What an amazing story! It was so nice to get together for pictures just a few days before their wedding. Nicky is an old college friend of mine, but I hadn’t yet had the opportunity to meet Linsey. They both said they gained a degree of comfort when it came time for portraits on their wedding day! I can’t wait to share pictures from their wedding just a few days later, but in the meantime, enjoy a few of my favorites from their engagement!
