It was a sunny winter day in late December when I met newborn baby Eliora for the second time (the first was at her baby naming a week and a half before). She was just as beautiful as I remember her from the first time we met – and just like at her naming, her eye were shut most of the time, and not much could disturb her peace, not even the 3 rambunctious pups with whom she shares her new home. Her parents, Allison and Jonathan, have become dear friends of mine since I shot their wedding in June 2012.
It’s been nothing short of a pleasure calling them friends and documenting the journey of their family – from their wedding almost 2 years ago, to their maternity session last fall, and now with their newborn baby Eliora, at 3 1/2 weeks, in their Canal Winchester home. It was total joy witnessing this new little family hang out together, only interrupted by the occasional unruly pup. Eliora is a lucky little girl to have such amazing parents!
