Kelly and Justin were a bit of a last minute addition to my 2013 calendar, and almost right away we got straight to work with an engagement session! They knew they wanted to incorporate their pups, Penny and Otto, in the pictures, so we started with some casual pictures right in my backyard! Then we left the pups at home and headed downtown to the Arena District for more formal engagement pictures. Although, I must say, their session was far from formal – lots of silliness and laughter between these two! Justin was very fond of telling me every picture was “fabulous” – got a sense for his dry sense of humor real quick! The light couldn’t have been more perfect this evening, but it also helped that they were so freakin’ adorable together. On the way, we stopped at a parking garage and the very cool Hilton/Convention Center skywalk. I’m very excited for their upcoming lakeside wedding later this month!
