I’ve known Jennifer for a quite a while now – she is an amazing hairstylist, who did my own hair for my wedding, and has been my go-to hairstylist ever since. I recommend her to all my clients for their wedding hair! A couple of Sundays ago, the tables turned, and she and her family became my clients when she asked me to shoot family portraits at their Powell home. Jennifer’s son Henry was just a few days shy of turning 1, and she and her husband Chris wanted to get some pictures together for this milestone, before the weather turned. Though it was mid-November, and leaves had begun to fall, the bare tree branches in their backyard were quite stunning, and Henry had a blast with the brown leaves that seemed to cover every inch of the ground. (He also seemed to lose his shoes at every turn!) Their dog Atticus also joined in on the fun!
