My winter and much of spring was pretty quiet, since I was on a sort of maternity leave (from shooting, anyway) since I welcomed a new one at the beginning of the year. So I was really excited when Samantha + Barry told me at our initial consultation that they were hoping for a spring engagement! It was indeed my first engagement of the year, and I was itching to get out there and shoot again! Samantha + Barry live up in Cleveland, so it made total sense to go up there to shoot their session. I love shooting in Cleveland, especially on a quiet Sunday afternoon (well, everyone was at the Cavs game apparently). We hit up all the great downtown landmarks – the waterfront at Voinovich Park, Public Square, the Arcade, and East 4th Street, as well as some random spots along the way. I can’t wait to return to Cleveland for their August wedding!
