On a rainy Sunday morning in early November, Nihyae + Rafael were married with just a handful of their closest people and a few umbrellas at @thebookloft. They toasted, laughed and partied with their people in an evening reception, and counted down to midnight on the dance floor! I loved seeing so many familiar faces in attendance. Faces familiar & new, I appreciate all the parents, grandparents & kiddos that made my busy fall season so much fun! And now I’m loving the many holiday & new year cards I’m getting in the mail. Hannah + Matthew, married yesterday in downtown Ci Hannah + Matthew, married yesterday in downtown Cincinnati! It was unseasonably mild for late December, and the wind - it was a lot! But paired with Hannah’s long bridal veil, moments of extreme wind also made for undeniable magic like this. From their Plum Street Temple ceremony to their @hiltonnetherlandplaza reception, their big day was full of Queen City history and charm. Mazel Tov!

The rain held off just in time for Bobby to present a gift with a special question and drop to one knee at the pond. Liza said YES! 💍 We continued on that park walk, celebrating with portraits against colorful trees, beneath umbrellas and in the Short North alleys. Their special evening is on the blog today! On a Saturday evening in November, Jerie took Lisa On a Saturday evening in November, Jerie took Lisa on a walk across Dublin’s Bridge Park… but it was no ordinary walk! There, various friends and family were there to greet Lisa, with flowers and pictures, until Jerie met her at the end with a ring and a drop to her knee… Jerie asked, and Lisa said YES! We celebrated with more pictures against the sunset as we made our way to North Market for drinks with their people. And then later that week, these two booked for me for their wedding next year!
