Emma + Tommy got married in October at a farm in Cincinnati, with pumpkins, flowers and goats! It was a sweet, laid-back all-outdoor fall celebration complete with a live rock band and a s’mores bar, and two people who are totally obsessed with each other!
Their day began with both sides getting in their finishing touches, and then their wedding party joined them for a very emotional First Look! Normally I stage this as a private moment, but the couple wanted their people to be present to witness, and their reactions were just as special. And their wedding party was such an amazing, fun, hilarious, energy-filled group! They had the cutest flower fairies, and Tommy’s groomsmen’s ties were quite literally – all different pictures of Tommy’s face.
We had a beautiful mid-October day, and the farm was full of vibrant color, from changing fall leaves to the many blooms in the garden. After we completed all their group photos, the couple escaped to the pond to exchange private vows. I’m grateful they allowed me to follow along to document this very sweet time just before the ceremony.
Once married, we celebrated! A goat joined us at cocktail hour, a metal band rocked the reception dance floor, and a s’mores bar popped up towards the end of the night. What a fun and joyous day for Emma and Tommy!
