This might be the most popular session I’ve ever shared on social media, and I’m excited to share more from this very special afternoon!
It was the last Friday in September. Ajay had plans to fly in to visit Amruta that weekend, but little did she know, he came in a day early… and while she was on a private zoo tour with family, she was presented with a penguin with a very special message, and out came Ajay with the ring! Amruta was totally surprised and gave an enthusiastic YES!
(She did have her hair pulled back initially, so we restaged the moment with her hair down and with the penguin posed between them!)
We celebrated by finishing out the private tour, where we met several more animals, and then explored the rest of the zoo for more portraits and animal encounters! We fed the giraffes, and visited the manatees, a friendly stingray, a shark, penguins, the carousel, and also got ice cream, and enjoyed the colorful backdrops of the lantern festival displays throughout! We had an amazing afternoon together!
