I’ve known Kyla for over 20 years now – we were in the same floor in our dorm room at Ohio State freshman year – and we’ve talked about working together for a long time! Finally we had the chance this summer, when she asked me to photograph family last month! It was the first Tuesday morning in July when I met up with her, her husband Theo and their daughter Maddie in Schiller Park in German Village. It was a sunny day, and Maddie was full of smiles and sillies. What a fun session!
