Shortly after we shot Irina +Nathan’s maternity session, they welcomed baby Eddie. And a few weeks after that, I was invited to their Lewis Center home to capture their first portraits together as a little family. It was the second week in February, snow falling from the sky. We worked our way around the home, from their bedroom to the nursery, to their living room, taking a mix of family portraits and solo ones of just Eddie, with puppy cameos and breaks in between. By the end, we wore him out and Eddie was totally asleep. We ended our session getting a few photos near a large window overlooking the day’s snowy setting. It was an honor to capture the first portraits of Irina, Nathan and baby Eddie together as a family!
