Mackenna + Garrett threw out all the wedding conventions that people have come to expect – no wedding party, no focus on details, just what was important and plenty of time just for the two of them. We didn’t even worry about getting ready or details, instead we started our day right at their First Look at the Scioto Mile. We had plenty of time for portraits there, and with the sun moving in and out of the clouds, the light changed rapidly and we got some cool shots against the downtown skyline! From there we headed to their wedding venue, Franklin Park Conservatory. Their day continued with their ceremony in the Palm House, followed by cocktail hour on the West Terrace, and their reception back in the Palm House. We had gorgeous golden hour light for more portraits, and Mackenna and Garrett capped it off with some epic night shots after the sun set. Congratulations to these two!!
