With a forecasted 60% chance of rain all day, you might think that Kim and Tim were stressed out about getting in all the outdoor photos they wanted and their outdoor ceremony happening as planned. But these two were totally unphased by the looming clouds and weather apps. We got in all the outdoor portraits we wanted and their outdoor ceremony went off without a hitch! And can I say, a pair of the most kickass bridal shows of all time?!
Their Ohio State wedding saw us exploring the campus throughout the day, starting with preparations at the Blackwell hotel, alongside Perfect Pear Cinema. Their first look was staged in the business school courtyard next door, followed by portraits at Ohio Stadium, Mirror Lake and the South Oval. Following their outdoor ceremony just outside the Faculty Club, a few sprinkles came but we couldn’t resist heading out to the Oval for some amazing portraits against the dramatic dark clouds as they rolled in! We got in just time for the sky to open up for a long overdue storm – timing just couldn’t be more perfect!
Their party continued into the night, and when the sky cleared we headed back outside for a couple of night shots. Congratulations to Kim + Tim!
