When Sarah + Chris contacted me to shoot their summer engagement session, they knew their backdrop – their German Village neighborhood. Just so happens to be one of my favorite places to shoot! Early in our time together during a stop at Schiller Park, we got caught in a pop-up rain shower and took refuge under a tree. Once the storm passed, we resumed shooting and encountered warm evening light! It was so nice to meet these two, who are planning a spring destination wedding in Florida.
