Nicole + Josh trusted me completely, so when it came time to plan their engagement session, they left the location decision all in my hands. Driving down 4th Street from north to south one day, I thought of an interesting and unique session where we explored Columbus by driving from one location to another, and making stops to shoot at interesting locations we spot along the way. I was always spotting these cool little spots, but they were in neighborhoods where I wouldn’t necessarily build an entire session. Nicole + Josh took to my idea for their September engagement and we went with it! We started in Clintonville at the So-Hud Tree Mural and headed south on 4th, stopping at locations in the University District, Short North and Arena District. Many of the stops were completely spontaneous, and we even found some awesome locations completely new to me! And on top of all that, we had amazing light to work with that evening.
