A few Saturdays ago, Marie and Corey invited me to Dublin to shoot their engagement session. It was the weekend before Thanksgiving, and we were able to take advantage of reasonably comfortable weather, and some leaves left on the trees. Marie and Corey came to me through Sasha and Marc – there’s nothing better than being referred to by happy clients! We spent most of our time at Indian Run Falls Park, where we explored the trails in the forest and got a little dirty! I just love a couple who isn’t afraid to take pictures when it doesn’t seem like the typical time to take them; even though many of the trees had lost their leaves by now, the bare branches that were left made for some stunning images. (Although we did take advantage of every green spot we could find!) Because it was late November, and it was getting chilly, Marie and Corey brought some hot chocolate with them to warm up – this was totally their idea and was so cute in pictures! Afterwards, we wandered downtown Dublin a bit, before returning to their apartment nearby for some shots in the grass. Marie and Corey are so sweet together and it was such a pleasure shooting their engagement session; I look forward returning to Dublin for their wedding next fall!
